Delivery & Payments

Please complete the online order form to place an order or request a quotation for your selected products.  We do need all the info in the form completed so we can provide you with an accurate price.

We have a strict privacy policy and your contact details will only be used for the purpose of freight delivery,  if  you confirm an order, and will not be provided to any other third party.


Payment in full is required prior to orders being processed.  These can be made  via credit card, direct deposit or cheque – cash is also accepted for local pick ups, if you prefer.

If you’re  happy with our quote you can confirm your order with us via phone or email or simply proceed with payment making sure you use your surname or quote number as a payment reference.  We will email you as soon as payment comes through with your receipt,  an expected delivery day and your order tracking details.

Our delivery time estimates are normally very good and we will always provide tracking numbers however if you are having any concerns re delivery please call us and we will follow up immediately.

Due to the size and weight of our jumps we are unable to ship to overseas destinations.

A signature is required on delivery of the goods, so please make sure someone is available at the address to sign or alternatively you may be able to divert to a local business or have the goods held at the carriers depot (max 3 days), if this is needed please ask if there is a depot in your area. You can also request that the goods are left in a safe place at your unattended address,   but naturally neither the carrier nor Jumpwings can take any responsibility for any missing or damaged items once they are delivered and left.

Please remember that the jumps are flat packed/heavy and the driver will generally need either a forklift or assistance for palletized orders, and for 1-2 sets a reasonable drop position (ie; no flights of stairs) please.

On receiving your order please check you have the correct number of cartons as stated on the consignment note and that the items are in good condition.  Once signed for,  you are agreeing that you have received all of your items and that they are in good condition, if you do have any queries at all please ask the driver to make note of these and also contact us asap.

Customers are welcome to pick up their goods directly from us by prior arrangement only.
