Delivery & Payments

In the last 5 years we have had our products delivered to customers throughout the whole of Australia with an efficient and speedy carrier.  To continue to give you the best possible service we can, we ask you to follow the simple steps below.

After selecting your products and requesting a quote please make sure you complete all the required info on the quote form.  We will never share any of your details with any other source apart  from the carrier for your delivery. Local customers may pickup direct from us if convenient – we are located in Emerald Victoria, but strictly by prior arrangement only.

Payments

Payments are only accepted via direct deposit or cheque for items needing delivery.  Local pickups may pay cash if preferred.  Unfortunately we do not have facilities for credit card payments at the moment nor are we able to forward goods prior to payment being received.

If you are happy with your quote to confirm your order you may email us confirmation or simply make payment via direct deposit to our account using your quote number or surname as a reference or forward a cheque as below.

We will email you on receipt of your payment to confirm delivery details.

Delivery

On receipt of payment we email you to advise you of an expected date for delivery.  While normally very accurate,  if you have not received your order and have allowed 1-2 extra days,  please give us a call and we will follow up with our carrier immediately.

Signatures are required on receipt of all deliveries,  please make sure the delivery address has someone available. If required, you can request that the items are left at the unattended address, but understandably neither the carrier nor Jumpwings.com.au can take any responsibility for any missing or damaged items once left.   We are happy to deliver to business/work addresses if this is more convenient than a home address.

On receiving your order please check you have the required number of cartons as stated on the consignment note – once signed for you are agreeing that you have received all of your items and that they are in good condition.
